NEWS Capital City Weekly Since 1986, Ketchikan residents have made a tradition of strutting their stuff. Alaska's "First City" was the first in the region to celebrate wearable arts with the Ketchikan Wearable Art Show. Twenty-four years later, many of the event's original members are still involved and remain as excited as ever.
