JUNEAU - SERRC Alaska's Educational Resource Center and The Learning Connection recently received workforce development stimulus funds for its summer youth employment program, a division of the agency's JobX program.
JobX Summer Program will place youth age 16-24 in paid positions in a variety of work sites throughout Southeast Alaska. Along with job placement, youth will be coached in how to apply for, interview for, and keep a job.
